Our umpires are consistently touted as the best umpires in any local community league. This is because we offer yearly training, empower our umpires with the confidence to make the necessary calls, and pay more than anyone else around. Want to work for the best? Note: Our Umpires are not W2 Employees. They are W9 service providers that are compensated based on scheduled and completed games. Many of our Umpires take on games from other area baseball programs. Several of them are young people using this as a Summer job. Either way, we do our best to support and train our Umpires on the rules of our league, and back them up when faced with questions from coaches and families.
